Founded in 2016, GP Liaison Services (GPLS) helps public sector organisations transform complex operational data into actionable insight, supporting smarter decision-making, improved service performance, and better outcomes.
We are best known for our work across the NHS, where we support Trusts, Pathology Networks and system leaders to optimise services across diagnostics, pharmacy, and transport and logistics. Through a combination of operational expertise and advanced analytics, we help organisations reduce variation, remove system waste, improve workflow resilience, and strengthen end-to-end service delivery.
Building on this foundation, GPLS is now expanding into the wider government and public sector landscape, applying the same data-led approach to support operational improvement across multiple domains. Our capability is centred on integrating disparate datasets, building near real-time dashboards, and developing insight models that enable organisations to better understand demand, optimise resources, and demonstrate measurable performance improvement.
